Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before the boxes are shipped. However, once the boxes have been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please note that in case of cancellation, the shipped boxes will be charged at Rs. 995 per box ( irrespective of the package you took), and the remaining amount will be refunded!
Will I get a refund/exchange?
Once your refund is initiated, the amount for the unshipped boxes will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days.
